The much-anticipated rematch between Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn will take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 15 November.

Eubank claimed victory in their first meeting in April at the same venue, winning by unanimous decision (116-112 on all three judges’ scorecards) in a thrilling middleweight contest.

Despite no title being on the line, their first fight drew huge attention as it took place 35 years after their fathers, Chris Eubank Sr and Nigel Benn, first fought.

From September Setback to November Confirmation

A second fight had originally been scheduled for 20 September, but it fell through due to concerns over Eubank’s readiness. By mid-July, Benn’s camp suggested the bout was “dead.”

However, Turki Alalshikh, owner of Ring Magazine, revived talks and confirmed the new date for November. Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn also confirmed the fight via Instagram.

Eubank and his team have not yet commented publicly on the new announcement.
