Manchester United have excluded their unwanted quintet from the squad for Saturday’s pre-season fixture against Leeds United in Stockholm, with new signings Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon included in the 29-man travelling party.

United will head to the United States on Tuesday for a three-match pre-season series. Meanwhile, a £65m bid for Bryan Mbeumo has been accepted by Brentford, with the Cameroon winger expected to undergo a medical before flying out.
